Thanks for the great analysis! I tried both versions before rotation and I never felt quite comfortable with Bib. I feel good using Pidgeot and I think I will still play this after rotation - in the end playing is supposed to be fun and i personally have more fun with my favorite bird :)

Pidgeot is consistent while Bibarel is safer in my opinion. I like Bibarel but it's resource management is higher than Pidgeot build
