4:44 Fun fact: I used to work for Viva La Dirt League :) For almost 2 years. I actually quit that gig to go work for Andrew Bowser starting with the Onyx movie. And maaan I'm dying to visit NZ... LOTR and Peter Jackson mean the world to me. I've got family out there, my wife was born there(which makes her and my kids NZ citizens!). This year is supposed to be the year I finally visit!
@@robertthewolfman yeah dude! I solicited them out of the blue and they were impressed and hired me on. I got to do a lot of different CGI thinks every week, it was massively fulfilling. Thanks, I've been dying to go. Between the family connection, the LOTR connection, and the filmmakers I've worked with that are out there, its about tiiime!
I have been hyped for this ever since the first trailer, I loved the cinematography, shots looked amazing, I loved the vibe an setting, It looked like it could be a horror masterpiece. I am still gonna see it, still holding out hope, But then seeing the wolfmans look- if true- is a really big flaw, i just can't believe they could mess up something so important like the Werewolves look, no matter if it ends up being a curse or virus etc. The look was so important, just as important as the transformation. It should have been a no brainer, It should be all practical, should be amazing practical effects with the husband turning, it should be gory gruesome, painful, an the wolf man's look should be epicly scary.
“Your butthole is going to take a hole out of your seat” … 🤣🤣🤣 Never heard that before either. 😂 I was hoping yall would have a raving review, but 3.5 isn’t bad! It definitely sounds worth it enough to go see Friday night, like I had planned. 😄 Thanks, guys!! 🤗
Even the Wolfman himself ain't too happy with the film,,, that's not a good sign,,, either way I'm very curious and can't wait to see what their take on "Wolf Man" is .. Great Review guys !
It's not that I didn't like it, there was a lot I did like. The shortcomings were the look and a couple story points. It's definitely worth the watch, if not not just once haha
@robertthewolfman I'm pumped to see it he's my favorite Universal Monster along with Invisible Man.. Atleast it's worth a watch and not a "Shit Show" 😂😂
Doing a Wolf-Man marathon only watching the best ones leading up to this. Any tips guys? Ik werewolf in london, silver bullet, & wolfman 2010, thats it. These are on my watchlist.
@@jamespaul6315 Van Helsing is a fun one, seen it for the first time last Oct for my Halloween watchlist, loved it. Dog soldiers? Think I've heard of it. I'll def check it out.
Finally, somebody that puts respect on 2010 The Wolfman's name.

Haven't seen Wolfman yet but after Upgrade I am always excited for a Leigh Whannel movie. Look forward to seeing it.
I'm curious now
Omg! You keep cutting him off!
I was listening to this on the drive to fhe gym and heard that as well. I was so confused why he kept doing that
Sounds like a fun movie, can't wait to check it out!!
It was lame. Sort of a cool concept but poor execution.

Dog soldiers is a great werewolf movie, van Helsing is fun and has all the classic monsters. Wolf with jack Nicholson.
The Howling. Just the first one. Also, Curse of the Werewolf from 1961.
I was going to say Dog Soldiers as well … definitely a great one! 😄🤘

Every werewolf fan should watch wolf of snow hollow 🐺❤️
The incessant talking over each other doesn’t add to the review’s luster. Like nails on a chalkboard.
How come you talk over the man so much?
@@tyconnelly6879 i dont mean to. Im usually just trying to piggy back on what he’s saying. But it doesnt bother him, even if i do by accident.
