Electrical panel upgrade to Square D 30 space 60 circuit 200 amp

- Original plan was for a 40 space 80 circuit 200A install but electrician ran into a problem once sheet rock was removed around breaker panel area. Because of framing and plumbing issues, only a more compact 30 space 60 circuits Square D homeline panel can be installed. This box allowed the use of tandem breakers to handle up 60 circuits. The guys who did the work were professionals and got the job done without any drama.
It appears older panels do not allow tandem breakers in all available slots whereas modern panels do. You will no longer have to deal with differences between CTL breakers and non CTL breakers etc.

no cover on the the meter base even tho its live?

@@wtam69 i say this because they hid the meter away to protect themselves while replacing your panel. they didnt care about anyone else being hurt or worse with those exposed lugs. theres no way to shut that off if someone is getting electrocuted.
