The Chinese Association Tricking Team is a group of primarily martial arts trickers. Tricking is a combination of flips, kicks, and twists, drawing from a unique blend of gymnastics, bboying, and martial arts such as tae kwon do, karate, and capoeira. The Tricking Team consists of Adric Tang, Brian Huang, Sam Herring, Yusif Ayala, Philip Nguyen, Kason Lankford, Matthew LaJudice, and David Alarcon. They have experience spanning 5+ years of martial arts tricking, gymnastics/tumbling experience, coaching experience, parkour, breakdance, and hip-hop choreography. Although much of what they practice is freestyle based athleticism, they aim to blend all of their movement arts and dance into a thrilling and fun choreographed group performance.
