Hey! Thanks for watching! Let me know what you think of this new 2-click workflow for 3D character sculpting in CC4 and Blender! Let me know if you've got questions. 🙏🙂
i just didnt know where and how did you get the character and clothes and face rig in the first place. did you created it in blender then you imported it to cc4? or was it ready to use that part is foggy for me and i couldnt understand fully
I've used GoB for several things but this is the one thing I really was missing and had no idea how to do! I couldn't even find documentation on it. It's like this whole thing is some kind of secret that Reallusion doesn't want you to know. How did you discover this workflow for blend shapes?
The documentation isn't the best so to say haha. I discovered it by pure determination. I sat a few hours to figure out the proper workflow. I often do that when I want to force a workflow, try over and over again without documentation until I figure out how it works. 😂🙏
Thanks for sharing this! I'm currently working on a cartoony character, and the biggest challenge is getting the eye blink right. There's no smooth transition with shape keys, so you end up with overlapping meshes, especially with large eyes. It's frustrating! I haven't found a good solution for a smooth transition yet.
I'm sure there are better ways going about it, but for my characters I also move the eyeballs back a little in the blink blend shape to the eyeballs physically move out of place. Probably not the most correct approach, but hey it works haha. Thanks for watching! 🙂
Thank you! This opens up a lot of opportunities! Inspired me to give Go-B a try. BTW Do you know if you can use it to add props e.g. boots, belts, bags etc while connected live? I currently do it the old-fashioned way and just save out all the props as individual fbx and reimport to CC4. It works fine but Go-B looks like it has the potential to make this even easier?
It really does, I love it! I haven't tried that, but since the base principle is that the mesh cannot change vertice count, my guess is that it would not be possible. I think you still need to export and then import into CC4. 😅
please tell me there is a way i can hide eyelashes, so i can edit eyes, why dont they make it so you can seperate them in cc4, do you know if there is a way to do this, its the only thing ruining my workflow

@@lightsout630 u can import export 30 times any character but unfortunalty u can't use headshot 2.0 in trial it doesnt allow u to export!
@@AsadAli-b3b9bwhat are you able to do with the trial like customization and textures clothes etc ???
This GoB plugin for Blender and CC4 is outstanding and a game changer!!! Thanks for sharing this video with us. ❤️👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾
So happy to share my findings! Thank you so much watching! 😃🙏
Thank you , if you have time to do more tutorials like this one , it would be much appreciated.🙂
Would love to! Do you mean for Blender, Character Creator 4 or both? 🤗
@@tiedtkeiosorry that I was not clear. I mean about this tool. On site of Reallusion they have Goz tutorials. Something like those.
@@tiedtkeiosorry I was not clear. I mean about cc/ic -blender tool pipeline.
@@mahboobroshandel2209 I see! Sure! 🙂🙏🙏

Good Lord. It finally happened. Thanks for letting me know, man.
Yes it's fantastic! Happy to share, thanks for watching! 🤓
Awesome! Can you do a video on how to properly sculpt the full body mesh without ruining everything?
Definitely! Will add that to my next tutorials! 😀
Awesome. Many Thanks.
Happy to share! Thanks for stopping by! ☺🙏

Yes! I saw your previous comments and was just about to recommend to do this! Happy to hear you managed to solve it. 🙂🙏
Can you please make a detailed video on CC/iC Blender addon spring bone for Hair and Cloth Physics simulation?
Sure, do you mean simulation in Blender or CC4/iC?
@@tiedtkeio Blender and back to the iClone. Is it possible? Else will do my render in Blender then.
@@IndianCitizen04 It's completely possible to simulate in iClone. I can show! :)

its saying make sure u r using 4.2 to or above? do I have to change the cc4 version?
Wow, nice!!

Hi, after sending the character to Blender I find an error in the eyes, can you help me?
What is the error?
@@tiedtkeio The eyes and mouth are separate from the face and from the character in general. 🙏

How you make the texture of this character??
I made the textures of this character with skin textures that came with the base mesh in CC4. So I just tweaked directly in Character Creator 4. 🙂
Thank you, that mean is ready . thank you
bestttttt
🙂🙏🙏
i mean edit eyelids not the eyes. eyelashes are in the way
