Chicafgo style pizza is Overrated.
At least this got the thin crust + loads of filling. I've honestly seen less representative examples of "Chicago style" around the U.S.
That has some aspects of a Chicago pizza, like a ton of cheese, but the meat crust is a little bit weird. Deep dish pizzas also have a pretty thick layer of marinara sauce on the top, which really ties everything together. I think the pizza would look a lot more appetizing if it had a kind of chunky marinara on top of the cheese. My favorite type of deep dish also has a relatively crispy crust, dusted with cornmeal. The crust can vary quite a bit, though.
OMG, cheese-gasm! 😂The crab pasta and soufflé both looked delicious. The pizza was a bit overwhelming. The salad was an oasis of freshess.🌴🤣 Thanks, guys, for sharing that cheese fest with us. 💛💛

That soufflé looks amazing - that meat and cheese pizza looked constipating - good thing you had some salad. I would be a vegetarian for three days after.
Way too much cheese, but I'd still try it at least once just to know how it tastes.
That roast beef and cheese pizza looks like it should be served to a group of 4-6 people otherwise it's just too much. The omelette is just amazing but a bit too 'raw' for me. The winner for me is the crab carbonara at the end.
While not true Chicago pizza, it looks absolutely delicious. The omelette looked yummy as well. I wish Minnesota has something like this.

Thanks for sharing, guys! Looks awesome, but that barbecue sauce in the pizza is a no-no for me, although the whole thing is probably nice! And the caramelised side (ew...) of the omelette downgrades it, far from the podium of Japanese omelettes.
Yes, fork & knife are the appropriate tools for a proper Chicago style pizza. Never seen one that looks like that, until now.
