Origami 'rose in a crane' by Satoshi Kamiya

  • This is the very special variation on the crane/ tsuru, the most well known origami model. The design with the rose, the 'rose in a crane' was designed by also one of the most well known origami designers Satoshi Kamiya. This model is for the people who like the traditional origami models, but a little more advanced.
    Paper used in the video: kami 30x30cm
    Level: high Intermediate

    I saw the exact same image of this on Pinterest and the instructions attached were impossible to follow, I’m glad this video exists.

    I remember another origami channel was posting a tutorial and they got a take down from the original creator. :( sad day, I hope this doesn't happen to you too.

    Dude if satoshi kamiya takes this down he is mean. This video is promoting his books. It makes me want to buy them if I have a sample to look at! Great tutorial

      JM's Origami Tutorials learn how to do the "Rose Tessellation" by Kawasaki. It helped me a lot.
