    I purchased the dyad pro right when it became available and it is a game-changer! It can reach under my cabinets just fine so I have no negatives at all. It does such a great job cleaning the floors. I just use water and my floors are spotless! I can do my entire house with battery remaining.
    I’d also like to say thank you for showing the app in your review because I didn’t know you could change the drying times. My default dry time was 3 hours and the rollers were still damp. I was disappointed because I chose this vacuum specifically for the ability to self dry. I’ve changed the time to 4 hours and it’s been a big improvement. Thanks again for a thorough review as I learned something new .

I didn't expect much before buying but I must say it totally suprises me! Worth buying! Thanks to your video, I'm aware of some wonderful features now which I didn't before, lol! Hello. Please tell me what could be the reason: when cleaning, something in the vacuum cleaner begins to vibrate in the area where the rollers are. During self-cleaning, when the vacuum cleaner is on the base, nothing seems to vibrate.

    • @jamie.andrews

    Is this device necessary for someone who has a mopping robot vacuum cleaner? Additionally, a normal mop? Or is it this device? Which one do you recommend? Another question I have is, should someone who has a robot vacuum cleaner also have a normal vacuum cleaner? I would appreciate it if you explain in detail.

    • @jamie.andrews
      @jamie.andrews  3 месяца назад

      Robots do not deep clean and yes whether you mop with a wet dry mop like the Dyad Pro or hand mop with a traditional mop it will be needed every so often with the robot being an inbetwen maintenance machine. Same with vacuuming carpets. A robot can not deep clean carpets like a traditional vacuum. I will have a review out for the Roborock Flexi Pro soon which is a newer model of the Dyad Pro. You may also want to look at the Dreame H12 Pro Review I have up.

    Just a little correction:
    I’m the edge cleaning part you mistook 1cm for 1mm on your ruler, which would mean that the edge cleaning performance of both vacuums is extremely bad compared to the claimed performance by the manufacturer ( 1cm equals 10mm )

      I have 2 girls in the house with long hair and 3 cats and have not noticed any issues with with hair wrapping around the brushes, but I have noticed it wraps around the 2 front roller axles. This is pretty easy to to remove though as the axles are open ended. I highlighted this in the video. Hello, in reviews of the previous Roborock Dyad model, some buyers complained that after a short time, two or three months, the vacuum cleaner breaks down due to moisture getting on electrical components, for example, the engine rusted (I can send a photo to anyone who is interested). Please tell me, maybe you have heard something about this problem, why does a washing vacuum cleaner that collects water and should be moisture resistant fail due to rust? Maybe the company has worked on the bugs and fixed the weaknesses? Do you think this can happen with the new Roborock Dyad Pro vacuum cleaner model, or has the company corrected the bugs, and water no longer gets inside the vacuum cleaner and nothing can rust inside? There is absolutely no desire to buy a vacuum cleaner for 400-500 dollars, which in three months will be a bunch of scrap metal and plastic.

    • @jamie.andrews
      @jamie.andrews  Год назад +3

      I'm glad you brought this issue up as I have heard about it even though my old Dyad has not failed.
      I am working on a video about this right now actually. The problem is resolved with the new water tank design that keeps the filter from getting wet which in turn means no water in the vacuum motor. Hopefully this will resolve future issues.

    • @April-cp2qs
      @April-cp2qs Год назад

      @@jamie.andrews Thank you for your reply. If I understood you correctly, then in the first Roborock Dyad model there was a design miscalculation, which, under certain operating conditions, led to moisture getting inside and failure of the device, and in the new Roborock Dyad Pro model, the manufacturer worked out the errors and eliminated this drawback and soon you will have a video on the channel covering this problem? Asked a question on the official Roborock website, received a vague answer “Under normal use scenarios, issues like this are not supposed to happen. Since actual use environments and the way of using the device may vary, different issues are likely to happen” Which usage scenarios are common and which are not is not entirely clear. I asked them to explain what conditions are not normal, while waiting for an answer. I really want to buy such a vacuum cleaner, but I'm afraid that after a while it will break☹
