Thank you! We record most of our footage with the GoPro, usually our phones never make noise because we put them on silent but the one time we didn't... lol! We were both in a group text with several different people so it got crazy for a few minutes there haha!

    Dear Brittany and Daniel,
The engine of this Mercedes 450SLC V8 was at that time one of the most reliable engines from the European car producers. The advantage in that period was that European engine of this kind produced significant more power than US made engines so European cars equipped with a similar engine as this Mercedes engine were fast like hell. The main difference with US built engines that US engines had a long stroke engine with an enormously high torque. Most of them were a lot less fast but the engines suffered little damage so they generally lasted longer without any service.
Anyways WIlleke and I look forward to your next vlog and send you love from the Netherlands

do not mess with injectors-fuel distributor until you find oil level rising after driving

The fuel distributor is likely gummed up! Very common when these "sit"! The climate control system is an old Chysler system which was extremely problematic! I would add a bottle of Techron or Seaform (with a small amount of fuel to concentrate it) to possibly "help" the distributor and injectors! The SLC was in small production compared to the SL! Enjoy your videos!
