Mei is just a secondary damager because of her Attk/Nin on Chase Scaling and also the Crit, if anyone has similar skills then go for him but for now you can replace with Yagura Edo if you got one too.
Hi, for me Obito Rage is better in this runs because of his Wide Critical Damage, just equip your main with the Passive of Nin% Scaling and Ninja Assist (Sasuke-Lowfloat) then you're good to go.

Karin- the scale of Attack%/Nin% when causing Knockdown is stackable. Imagine how huge boost is that.

I think Only Genma and Asura gives +5 Chases to a team. You can prioritize his frags ASAP.
