Summons are use for connecting Chase skills of your Ninja, try to figure it out your ninja chases then.connect them. If it's impossible to connect then just connect your main damager to.your main.

Genma was available in many Events, just look for their Packs and Redeem. Also when there's DUEL Arena, you can save more frags there freely.
My genma still 2 star any ninja that can replace him?
You need to 3 star him, you can get him in Duel Arena packs and other events, make him your priority for Illusion coupons.

I think Only Genma and Asura gives +5 Chases to a team. You can prioritize his frags ASAP.
Which is better Kotetsu and Karin Ninja Assist?
Karin- the scale of Attack%/Nin% when causing Knockdown is stackable. Imagine how huge boost is that.

Mei is just a secondary damager because of her Attk/Nin on Chase Scaling and also the Crit, if anyone has similar skills then go for him but for now you can replace with Yagura Edo if you got one too.
