After watching this video I realized that they're the richest, when they have a lot of animals, they drink fresh milk, they eat organic foods that is so expensive to buy in the market, they breathe the purest air which is essential to human health, they have the most fantastic lifestyle.!!!! Luv this channel....

Organic farming, organic cattle rearing and organic vegetation. Even people are profoundly organic at hearts. Faithful, pious and humble. A rare luxury to die for!

But could there be any ancient connection between them? ...Greetings from 🇦🇺🤗

Honestly with such environment, simple food, simple lifestyle of work and prayers, I believe one can really live that long. these people probably never heard of diabetes, obesity, Cancer, hypertension. I pray to God that they always remain protected form these nasty stuff.

Tashi Dalek! I manytimes felt how our ancestors had spent their days interestingly before the invention of cellphone, tv, cinema & electricity. History was always amazing, we had ruined it. I love tibetan salt butter tea was like a good feeling malt for refreshment. First i felt a tea won't be good with salt & very rare tea coffee i take. Here i tasted during watching oprah from tibetan society women's as they gave out of love, tea's with sugar & dry grape in rice, in place kollegal, karnataka, india during holiness 83rd birthday. They suggested me i will like the tea. Tea is required at higher altitudes.

"Xinjiang" cow has more milk but "Tibetan" cow has much better flesh than Xinjiang. So, don’t be so happy - Chinese government will consume Tibetan flesh and blood also.

Dammit, I watched this with tears streaming down my face while breaking into helpless guffaws in between at your ‘the leadership went the wrong way’, ‘the field grows barley and rape’.
TYSM, Jamyang la, you’re a gem. May our brethren inside Tibet continue to enjoy this life of self-sustenance amid plenty, prosperity without inequity, that we were blessed to have for millenia.
