  • The creative process cannot be forced; the struggle to avoid burnout is real. Taking a nap or a walk or even just a shower can reset the mind and revive that creative spark. Max is a freelance filmmaker born from the creativity of the Dayton arts community. He now travels the US making narrative shorts, documentaries, features, and music videos, and will be attending Ohio State in the fall. His work has won over 30 awards and official selections at film festivals internationally. When he's not making films, he's most likely reading a book, napping, or taking a shower. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

“We are not made up to be machines so we naturally repel when we are treated like one, even by our selves”. What a statement!
