Cool robot. One possible improvement could be to stick the tracks together better, at the moment it is only friction holding the filament used as a pin in. If you melted the ends with a soldering iron or 3D printing pen then it would prevent the tracks from coming apart.

Can you share or post the link to the app that is used to control this device? You left off one of the most fundamental pieces of this project working...
I am using the "Bluetooth RC Controller" app (that blue color app with a car logo on it), but you can use it by your preference. Sometimes some apps have bugs, that's why I didn't post any link 😊👍

Great project. I printed and built the SMARS and I used the same motor shield and components you recommended. I'm trying to upload the sketch for the ultrasonic obstacle avoidance, but something is missing. What sketch and library files did you use? I'm not a programmer, so creating my own sketch is unlikely. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hey, what 3d printer / slicer did you use ? I’m wondering what’s wrong with my print I can’t get the mechanical tracks to print properly. It just goes haywire and melds to one big glob of filament 😭

Yes, you can print this with resin, compare all parts total weight in slicer of both FDM vs Resin, which one is lighter.

Can I use an HC-05 Bluetooth module instead of an HC-06 Bluetooth module?

Why might my HC-06 for bluetooth not flash? Do i connect it to something other than the motor sheild?
Ensure you connected it properly to the motor shield
Would it be possible to use a camera instead of a ultrasonic sensor? Or would I have to use something like a raspberry pi?
There could be other microcontrollers that can give you camera support but I think a raspberry pi is the most suitable and obvious choice

I think they removed it from the play store, not sure why... But I believe you can still get the apk from the internet

When I copy your code into the arduino idle app it shows an error. What is the problem.
what kind of error you are facing? also try this, copy the code and first paste it into note pad. and from copy it from the notepad to Arduino app with new sketch.
