Both Petals for Armor and Flowers for Vases are what the music world was lacking for so long, true emotion. The way Hayley wrote Petals for Armor, the way she painted her feelings and battles in lyrics, that is so raw and emotional and despite the upbeat sounds of some songs, the lyrics make you cry. The way she speaks about this project, her way of thinking about it, that is so rare and she's basically putting her heart on a plate. This album helped me through so many things that I was dealing with, it helped me feel less alone. Hayley is amazing
