I try to show you what the process is to cancel a Railway e-ticket online.
Nowadays Bangladesh Railway leases train tickets online every day more than 50%.
So it is very easy to purchase a Railway e-ticket online.
Now the problem is, sometimes we buy a ticket but we don't travel, And we want to return it to the Bangladesh Railway.
So this video is the solution to this problem that how anybody can return a Railway e-ticket online.
Remember that Only which tickets purchased online with the Railway Sheba app or Railway Web site can be returned online.
There are two ways to return it
1. Railway Web site
2. Railway Sheba app
1st methods:
1. Search "Bangladesh Railway e-ticket" on Google
2. click on the link with gov dot bd.
3. click 3 dots and log in to your Railway account (Which account did you purchase the railway ticket)
4. Then Again click on 3 dots and then click on the account name.
5. Click on purchase history.
6. click on the cancel ticket.
7. click on confirm.
8. confirm with OTP
done your cancelation will be in progress.
2nd Method:
1. log in to the Railway Sheba app
2. click my ticket from the bottom menu bar
3. flow the instruction gin in 1st method
