Host the race and set it for non-contact. Gets rid of the non-racers and the dimwits.
In 2016-2019 period the only thing I was doing in GTA Online were races, I survived it like a war

Normally when it comes to races in gta online i assumed it would be like this (players social distancing) but in reality this is what i expected 😂
I gave up on races long ago bc of trolls blocking the road or driving the wrong way ramming into you. Air races were better except it was hard finding other players to join.

I really hope GTA 6 races are divided by "pace" instead of vehicle category, like Forza. And have it so the same car can fit in different paces depending on its upgrades.

Great video! I'm gonna share it with my local health authority to get GTAO racing with randoms approved as an official measure for determining the effectiveness of anger management therapy.
Jokes aside though: the video is really entertaining, props for making it through 50 races. I also very much enjoyed watching the editing process and all the other "behind the scenes" stuff during your streams.
When someone played that Gtamen video in the race, i had a feeling that it's a fan who sees that you're streaming in the same race as him :v
3:18 as someone who used to race all the time, and had fun winning with all the cars broughy said werent competitive, you need the king of the hill drinking beer and going Yup clip for most of this. as rockstar really needs to fix the balancing and make some A B and C classes in the sport class based on a cars top end, so if you want to go old school, you can without getting steam rolled like this.
This is why I play non-contact.

The only problem i've ever dealt with is when a random player brings an extra person just to crash out competitors.

@@Gtamen I`m on PC. It`s still going to be near to no people. Last time I remember full lobby for a race, was when they added street racing DLC, yet that did not live long though..
I really wish that they would fix cheating problem in GTA 6 and enable crossplay.

Between races #21 and 22, if someone is watching a video on chat, was that annoying, then you could've gone to the sound settings and mute the game chat. That's happened to me a couple of times before.

land races are not as intense as stunt races personally I enjoy land races much more

like 1300 / 4000 or something. I dont really play in public lobbies. 99.9% is in lobbies with stream viewers. Where I always start in the back.

So still the same sad old racing people doing the same old shit, on new/next gen/current version of GTA Online. The open mic on the floor listening to a TV watching a show and the family talking has been a staple of GTA open mics for a while. Never understood why people push you off in catch up? the slipstream and catch up races you have to tailor your lap to the conditions take some getting used to. that last jump has never been easy. I always brake before to land up top its always been a crappy track. I stopped racing due to those launch Icons not showing what race was current, if I do race I never stay with that group so racing is kind of bad on GTA now.
Catch up and Slipstream are both garbage mechanics I hope and pray are left in the wastebin of failed ideas in GTA 6.
I like slipstream but catch-up is mid and not splendiferous.
