Hi I have a nikon l850, recently I had an issue when I charge my nikon en mh2 1.2v mln. 2300mah, the adaptor would glow for 2 minutes and then switch off. Then I purchased a new adaptor. Now the batteries lasts only 10 mins after charging for 8 hours. Please help. Also, can I use duracell batteries to my camera for time being as I have important shoot tomorrow?
I guess both batteries and charger have been exhausted. Duracell will work but will not last long especially for a shoot. Always try to have backup batteries before committing to commercial work. Can you look at rescheduling your shoot or taking a new camera in rent?

So when I got my camera, it didn't come with the stuff that you have, it only came with a charger, I had to buy the batteries for it (which are AA batteries). For some reason my camera keeps saying "battery exhausted" every time I do a video. I plug my charger into a wall and let it charge over an hour but it look like its not doing anything for it. Its only doing this to the video feature and I also recently put new batteries in it as well. If anyone has any advice for me then it would be appreciated!
You have to charge the batteries for 5-6 hrs for them to fully charge. Make sure you have the ones recommended by Nikon. If they still drain out, try arranging for spare batteries.

I tried recharging multiple times but as soon as I start videoing it just drops to half of the battery life and says battery exhausted at this point I'm really frustrated with it I really don't know what to do
Maybe you can try showing it at the nearest Nikon service centre. If there is a lockdown in your city, please call and schedule an appointment after things are back to normal.

Alot of old batteries need monthy charging even when not in use . always ask if a battery holds its charge when buying a new one. If your charger dies does not have a charger that stops automatically then take them out never overcharge

I can take pictures but the buttons aren’t communicating with the camera at all. I hit to delete a picture and it goes to the camera. It reverses to the camera and playback pictures!

Hello Mam. I've a issue with my B500. It's not turning on. When I press the power button the green light just blinks once. Other than there is no movement with the camera. And when I charged the batteries the charger light(Red) turned on and after 20-25 seconds the charger light turned off automatically. What to do mam?

Having the recommended batteries is better because the cell batteries may stop working suddenly. It may become difficult to carry so many batteries and keep changing on the field. If you are comfortable then you may use them.

Try using new batteries if it solves the problem. They do cost Rs 1000+, charger around Rs 1000+.

Try normal cell batteries. If the problem persists, please take the camera to a service center.

I tried recharging multiple times but as soon as I start videoing it just drops to half of the battery life and says battery exhausted at this point I'm really frustrated with it I really don't know what to do
Maybe you can try showing it at the nearest Nikon service centre. If there is a lockdown in your city, please call and schedule an appointment after things are back to normal.

Alot of old batteries need monthy charging even when not in use . always ask if a battery holds its charge when buying a new one. If your charger dies does not have a charger that stops automatically then take them out never overcharge

It's not a major problem but i am asking because the sales person in the store said that once the date and time is set... Then we need not have to set it again.. But i am assuming that he was just a sales person and don't have much knowledge about it....

Hello Mam. I've a issue with my B500. It's not turning on. When I press the power button the green light just blinks once. Other than there is no movement with the camera. And when I charged the batteries the charger light(Red) turned on and after 20-25 seconds the charger light turned off automatically. What to do mam?

Having the recommended batteries is better because the cell batteries may stop working suddenly. It may become difficult to carry so many batteries and keep changing on the field. If you are comfortable then you may use them.
