    Sir I can't understand by feeding reactant into the reactor how concentration difference will occur

      I believe that the concentration of the reactants will reduce while the concentration of the products will increase.

    Does a real PFR have axial mixing?????

      yes, but the mixing is so small that it can be neglected.
