Here are my recommendations (as someone who did their masters in Germany and is currently working in Germany). Start your bachelors degree in Pakistan (ideally in a Public University) as it would be better than going abroad in your situation. During your studies focus on 1 programming language. From the job openings I see in Germany (and western Europe) you can start with python. With AI revolution coming, this will be probably the best path you can take. If you do not like python you can look into C# or any other language (Solidity is very interesting too). But focus on 1 and do not get distracted by newer things once you think you know enough then sure go ahead and look into other things. During your studies if you get good enough with your programming skills you can do freelancing to support yourself and even start gathering funds for your Masters degree. By the time you finish your bachelors degree you would have many opportunities in front of you . For example you can come directly to Germany on a Job visa based on your programming skills, or if you still want to study you can even come to Germany with your savings that you should have made with your freelancing jobs. I would not recommend having a 2 year break as you would need your bachelors degree to move forward in life. If you think what I have mentioned here is not possible, trust me it is exactly what I did. I did my bachelors in Pakistan and did freelancing on the side. I wasnt able to fully fund my Masters degree but I was able to gather 70% of the funds that were needed for the blocked account. I did it between 2010 and 2014 when freelancing was a huge headache. So Work hard and let your work speak for you!
You are correct, Merit ki kilat bohat ziyada hai.. Two of my relatives have been part of the National team one of them being wicket keeper in the time when IK was captain (Ye wicket-keeper bhe karachi say) and the other being a bowler but not only that there have been countless relatives even cousins that have played top-tier cricket. One of them has been a mentor for a few cricketers in our National Team but he was never able to make it there same goes for his kid.

Dialysis and transplant again free they also provided me the transport to take me to other city for my transplant or bolein is se Ziada quality of life kia hogy. 😊
