I still have this movie in my collection. I must have watched it again and again as a child. Granville taught me one great lesson from this movie. Faith brings healing, then healing brings faith. He was healed, then he had to walk in faith to keep his healing to build it and his faith back up to walk no longer in death, but in new life. His mama kept him fed in the word until he was ready to do what he was called to do from the beginning but needed G-d to show him by going through the fire and then passing it into his promised land.
