JT Miller is just too negative - Kept ragging on Petey when he should've been encouraging him. Miller is not a morale leader. But he's a great player with lots of passion. Just needs to learn to keep his negativity to himself. Then these two guys can begin to perform. Thanks guys for honest open talk about this whole issue.
