I had one thing i absolutely needed and they said it could be done. I need a drop down for outbound calls, so i could choose which number in calling from. I paid on spec, set up my onboarding, and first thing they said was, yah, says this is a dealbreaker, but we can't do that... Supposedly processed a refund, but it's been weeks now.
Two of our employees work/live in Pakistan currently, so YES VOIP will work there, HOWEVER I'm not sure if Nextiva meets or complies with the rules and regulations imposed by your Pakistani Telecommunication Authority (PTA). We have had NO issues that we know of using mobile/desktop apps, but we know they actively block IP phone mac addresses they see on the national network for security purposes. So that is a question for Nextiva. Would you like us to ask them and look into it for you? Let me know but I do believe it's possible with the correct steps and measures taken. Nextiva is a leading VoIP service provider and many businesses are using their service. Thanks for providing this comprehensive review to help businesses to understand their services and pricing plans.
I don't agree. Our company uses them today 7-12-2023 and I must say we are very disappointed with their service. Their voIP (voice over IP) application for Window desktop and their mobile phone app are completely unreliable. They insist on logging you out of your phone and desktop application. Many times I go hrs without a call to then realize I've been logged out of the Nextiva mobile phone app. Imagine having an AT&T or T-Mobile phone service where you are logged out every month without notifying you! That's the nextiva experience. Their Windows desktop application is even worse. You can't believe how many times I've seen "Opps something went wrong" message. Whenever this happens you have to call support and they do something in the back end to make it work again. The application is a Windows app that uses HTML for the phone service. It's very slow and the interface is not intuitive at all. And the beauty of the application is like the phone you are logged out from it unexpectedly. So basically if you are running a business using Nextiva voIP be prepared to baby sit the application so that you don't lose any phone calls. You basically life is a state of fear because you are always thinking of "am I logged out of the phone?". To make it worse on the mobile app you can't use your finger to log back in. We are still on Nextiva but we are looking for a new voIP company that doesn't have theses issues.
I have used them too I would never go back to them it makes me wonder why I keep hearing about their great customer service and it proved to be the worst in my experience and I’ve used about 7 different voip services they are close to the bottom in that category not that the others were so great it’s just this voip is so bad jmo
@@williamsimpkins502 hi, where did you end up going then?? I am so frustrated trying to decide on which provider. I read such a wide variety of opinions.
To RingCentral I got a good deal from one of their sales associates but once in it’s harder to find someone when you need them but the sales team is easy to get to but still a little better than nextiva imo
