Hi Martin Breslow, yes at times it can look strange in some areas. It might be worth trying - adding a mask to the layer then with the brush opacity set low, around 20-30% paint over the area of the sky with Black. This will reduce the effect. Hope this helps
Its a tutorial. The illustrated answer to your comment would have been to layer a masked version over the the sky and make adjustments to your liking. This video is not that inclusive to show ALL the options.

I liked everything but the sky. The texture is too aggressive for the sky, in my opinion.
