Should I wear these this spring?
Yessirrrrr
I know I will once my acl heald
No way I’m seeing this on a torn ACL right now. Unreal
hope you heal up quickly!
Same I tore mine in a box game
I literally just torn mine
I own these cleats I love them. Have been following this company for 7 years they are legit. Bunch of NFL guys are wearing them and loving how they feel.
Totally agree. I think these are the cleats I will be wearing.
got these cleats recovering from my acl tear. They are the best thing you can do should have torn it again playing but the studs moved saving my knee. I recommend them to everyone.
That’s amazing to read!
Really appreciate that Caddix claims these are better for the turf than normal boots and uses a conical stud. The amount of times in my life I've heard of dudes tearing knees and achilles up playing on artifical surfaces while wearing boots with funky stud designs is astounding.
The stud shape aside this feels like technology you wont ever feel while wearing (like you might with a carbon insole/outsole or woven upper) but will look back in 5-10 years and be glad you did because it helped avoid a cut that would've resulted in your ACL going a different direction than the rest of you. lol
They are so cool
i need a pair of
Thanks Greg- Ive been on a waiting list for these after seeing Joe Flacco talk about them. They sell out quick. Curious why you say the NB Freeze is so dangerous on turf, they have been my go-to. Is there another mainstream cleat you would suggest for safety?
Width wise are they more of a narrower fit like a Nike or a wider fit like a New Balance?
I think they got a good wide toe box
Wider than Nike for sure which I liked. They said go 1/2 size up from what you would wear in Nike.
@@ECDwhat about in comparison to NB? Do they recommend the same up-sizing?
Tore my Achilles in July, I’m 99% sure it’s from wearing cleats on turf.
I thought he said they were dropping this tomorrow. Not complaining 🤷🏾
last second reschedule... cool vid coming tomorrow now!
@@ECDoooh
feel like more of a solution is to start switching back to grass fields. no true science behind it but turf for sure grips and lets cleats dig in and grip
True for sure but turf is just so much easier for most to maintain. I think what you are saying is where the NFL is going
People never tore their ACL on grass before? What faulty logic.
@@huckfin1598it was much less common
The studies show that the incidence of tears on grass is only slightly less that on turf. It's all about the overly grippy cleats the big boys have convinced everyone to wear. Caddix solved what the big brands could (while they were all-consumed by shaving off weight).
Could you use them in dirt
so are yall gonna tell me what kinda ion that was on your ig story when you showed these
Just a dyed one! Thought it was cool it matched.
😮😮
So Greg, you would say the price is justified?
It's hard to tell. If it saves you any kind of injury just once it is justified easily.
Agreed
I’ve heard about this but their just too expensive
What's a season-ending ACL tear going to cost?
Didn’t you say you would do a the review Tomorrow
We lied and dropped it early!
They don’t produce anything smaller than a 9?
More sizes coming soon 👍
Just another product that youth players do not have a opportunity to have the youth players of this game just another company catering to just a small portion of players in my small town. We have 800 youth players and 80 adult seems like they’re missing a huge category of players to be buying their product.
Youth cleats are in the works…gotta start somewhere!
I believe they are working on youth right now.
It's incredibly expensive to start a shoe company from scratch. There's no conspiracy here. You get pros and high-caliber college athletes to validate and help refine, and then expand to smaller sizes.
