  • Fasteners are installed faultlessly every time and the mandrels are corralled in the easily accessible collector at the rear of the tool. Utilizing the alternative mandrel stopper improves productivity even further, simply tip to expel the mandrels. The tool is very well balanced when used with an XC 5.0 battery and it will power a lot of lockbolt and rivet installations. All the attachments are engineered to a very high standard and all fit easily and precisely.
    The three complimentary accessories are introduced at the following times:

      Unfortunately, no. Actually many good tools like milwaukee's, or atleast most of it's range, can't be found where i live. But I enjoy Tools, knowing about them, what they do and etc. Thank you again for your video, because I saw in another video that there is a pack to convert lockbolt to Rivet Gun. This information was provided in the Milwaukee website, but no other information. Untill I found your video.@@PicRic

      @@AlphaFoxy80 Yeah, I like to look at the less well known tools as it is more of a challenge for me. More reviews are coming. Subscribe, ring the bell and receive notifications of all new channel content, Abbas. Hey, I know some of my videos already show up on the Milwaukee site - maybe they should know about this one too!!

      "Tutorial"? I think your comment must be for another video made by a different "insane genius", but, hey! Thanks for watching. Good luck matching your comments with the videos you have watched. Oh, by the way, how are you getting on with your lock bolt tool, John David?

    Do you know of a kit that converts the 1/4” rivet tool into a lock bolt tool? I already have the tool as a riviter and I want to put in some Huck bolts.

      No, I don't. I did another look around - as I'm sure you have too - and conclude that the power required to properly seat, seal and fit a lockbolt exceeds that needed to fit a blind rivet successfully. Would you broadly agree, Lane? If so, maybe now is the time to trade up to the tool that can do both successfully. Please share your thoughts on this as others will ask.

      @@PicRic Thanks for getting back to me, I do appreciate it and I totally agree with what you are saying. However, from all the specs listed on the Milwaukee website they are advertised as having the same pulling force of 20 kN. Just seems odd that you are able to convert from the Lock bolt tool to the rivet tool but not the other way around.

      @@LaneFleming-u8i I really don't know why that might be, Lane. Have you asked anyone else who uses this kind of tool all the time or ask Milwaukee Tools? Pls share when you find out.

    I was just looking to buy M18 rivet gun, But I start looking at the lockbolt gun. Is it better to buy the lockbolt gun & then get the blind rivet adapter that way I have more option for feature ? Thanks for your video.

      Interesting question, Muss Til. Do you expect to need the lockbolt features now or in the future? If you do then buy with that in mind.

    What adapter do i need to use 3/16 lockbolt and collars

    • @PicRic
      @PicRic  Год назад +1

      The M18 FUEL 1/4 in. Lockbolt to Blind Rivet Tool Conversion Kit, 321712319, includes a 3/16th adapter. If you are looking for the HUCK adapters, I'm not quite sure so it's best if you ask Milwaukee for the exact model number(s).

    Will this set the Huck Bolt BOM blind rivet fastener?

      Yes, I believe so, Ross but there are so many options and permutations you may want to ask Milwaukee about your specific requirements directly or via the Home Depot Questions & Answers section, www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-M18-FUEL-ONE-KEY-18V-Lithium-Ion-Brushless-Cordless-1-4-in-Lockbolt-Tool-Tool-Only-2661-20/316855626#overlay.
