i have this meizu m6 note, it's an amazing phone, insane battery life especially with the power efficient sd625 chip, flyme os isn't bad, very good with ram management, i use the lawnchair launcher everything is so smooth, screen is great, camera's are amazing i didn't expect them to be so good especially for the price, speaker is loud & great sounding, i have the xiaomi mi a1 also but i prefer the meizu just feels great in hand & camera's are awesome, 2months in & i rate it highly.
Ive had my m6 note for a whole year and its still going strong love it. no lagging nothing. ive even dropped it a few times still worked goodfor the year im using it now lol
This phone is the best 200-250$ phone is the world. Very well optimized, fast, fluid, great battery life. And the camera is so good, better than most of the 400$ phones, like the Moto Z 2 Play, very good camera.
How long have you been with the m2 note for? I am really tempted with this meizu m6 note, even though i have never had any meizu and i dont know how good they are
Juan Canelon Liscano It's fast, amazing battery life and takes great photos as long as you can keep still, which I could. I prefer to have an app drawer so I got Nova launcher on day one. One thing I don't like about Flyme is the settings page. They changed things a bit, especially with battery usage. So I installed an app to monitor usage. I don't use default apps bec I know there are better ones. But lately, and considering this is a 4-gen old unit, I could feel some lag. But I think that's because most of the apps I usually use are getting more and more resource intensive (I think). It's definitely a bargain for what I use and could do with the phone. And imagine what more with the latest gen?
Juan Canelon Liscano Also, the phone got *updated twice(?). One with a few tweaks and another with their Flyme 5. It brought a lot of Marshmallow features on a Lollipop-based OS, and it got snappy. There is a new Flyme 6 update right now and I'm still lurking forums on what bugs it brings so I am not going to update to that anytime soon. So that's Meizu. Edit. I actually updated twice but there were more updates that I didn't updated my phone to.
Meizu generally makes decent phones. This is their first with a Snapdragon, usually they use Mediatek Helio on their midrangers or Exynos on their flagships.
i think yours could very well be a repackaged fake / refurbished / second hand. another unboxing video, the accessories are not in seperate boxes, but sit snug in a unique cardboard cut out. also the phone did not have the plastic front+back stickers. black background (for a company that imitates iphone's aesthetics, they would never put an all black background).
Yes. There is actually a built in feature for kids, for when you want to limit their phone usage. Security feature for finding your lost phone is awesome as well.
That's been their naming system from the beginning. There will be 5 inch model which will be called just M6...5 and half inch model will be called Note...
Chris Emerick i dont think.so, i dont think they even care about their international market with their very slow release globally, (this phone has been released since september 1 in.China and there isnt even a news of when will it be released to other countries)
A budget phone with nice specs. Lacking the refinements of more expensive phones: Large gap between the screen and the body. Plus, who knows what spyware is embedded in it.
It's model M721Q which is the Chinese version but they install google play store and multi-language on it. The global rom version is model M721H. Both will work. Which country are you in? There might be better sources that are cheaper & closer to you. I ordered one from Tinydeal, the box says M721Q but the phone info says M721H, they probably flashed it with a global rom.
rztrzt thanks man. I ordered another phone called “umidigi s2 pro” was around the same price. The only difference in my opinion is a slightly worse cpu. A fake dual camera but one mega pixel more lmao and bigger battery, bigger screen, 6 gb ram, 128 gb rom.

Can you tell me if it has flash on its front camera?
I'm actually using the M2 Note and it is still kicking.
How long have you been with the m2 note for? I am really tempted with this meizu m6 note, even though i have never had any meizu and i dont know how good they are
Juan Canelon Liscano Since September 2015. I too am looking on to the M6 Note if my current phone dies on me. Cheap and a lot more than capable.
Onat Lopera and how the experience with flyme and Meizu has been all over these years?

Osariemen TV looks like never... Pity
Looks like the HTC One a9
Cant wait for the full review ..
A lot people say that model has bad display, is that true?

When are you getting your new monitor they must have had some deals on Black Friday and Cyber Monday
I'd love to see those camera samples online. Thinking of upgrading to this device or to the Mi A1 from my Nexus 6P.
Camera is much better than the mi a1, especially in low light.
Tim Schofield hey you should do a tour of your setup. You know, your computer and other things you use for making videos sir. Please
Awesome phone. Only thing I noticed is, it doesn't have gorilla glass protection. Does Anyone know which protection Meizu is using on M6 Note?

Yes. There is actually a built in feature for kids, for when you want to limit their phone usage. Security feature for finding your lost phone is awesome as well.
Wow I think want to buy it!
Hay bro does it support OTG
Is there a reason why they call it Meizu Note series?
Muhammad Quff Aqfani To appeal to the American market?
That's been their naming system from the beginning. There will be 5 inch model which will be called just M6...5 and half inch model will be called Note...
not called Note series, but M series
Muhammad Quff Aqfani becouse the screen 5.5 inch screen

Meizu is great. I should have bought this instead of Huawei.
A budget phone with nice specs.
Lacking the refinements of more expensive phones: Large gap between the screen and the body.
Plus, who knows what spyware is embedded in it.
sjs there isn’t any spyware on big Chinese companies. Stick with Xiaomi or Meizu they are the only good companies.
You mean Huawei right?
This is the time that i heard a m6 note
the amazon link in the description, does anyone know if the Meizu M6 Note is the global version? if you know please do tell

Kaleid KaleidPL because It's the bigger and better version of the m6
Snapdragon 625
For a note its pretty bare bones and lackluster. Nothing special or up to date especially the charging port.
