Bleed egos are only used for the very last fight against the king in binds, and all you need is any threadspin sanguine desire, since you only need the "does not lose bleed count" effect. In my second run using bloodfiend team, I can cut 1 more turn by using meursault's Yearning Mircalla, and even this method only need threadspin 3 YM
