They’re college students. Yes, they all start out rough, but having followed B1G+ feeds for years now, they all show significant improvement over time, and there’s no other way to learn that job. Not as easy as it looks.
Most female announcers are terrible but there are some who are actually good at their job (Like that female announcer in the NBA but I forgot her name and it is not Doris Burke who works with Mike Breen, I'm talking about the one who called that Christmas Day game in 2022)
