Wanna buy your stuff so bad, but after making my first HAK5 purchase (MarkVII Pineapple) and having it be just a brick from the first power-up, I'm passing. I couldn't get it fixed, I couldn't get a refund...just out $200.

I'm sorry to say but when you order it might take them a very long time to get your order or fulfill it. I suggest emailing them weekly as there is no informational emails about ETA's. I ordered on 8/19/21 and I am still waiting to this day. Hopefully when you order it will come in a reasonable timeframe. Thank you for the video I’m a complete novice. I was trying to find a video that just simply explains what the rubber ducky does and they use case scenarios. Every time I see a video, they just ramble off all kinds of computer language, like SQL, and injections and packets and I don’t understand anything I just wanna know what can I do with this thing if I plug it into my Mac RPC then what can I do with it? I had no idea what this Ducky thing was and with years of programming experience, watching this video up to 4:44 I did not get a single useful sting to know what the hell is this usb device. When you claim "Introduction" and when you talk about the fruit apple, you must say "Apple is a fruit that you pick from a tree" and it must start something like that otherwise user might thing apple is a company or extraterrestrial object.
I bought one worked once , will not do anything anymore. No lights, not able to execute payloads nothing. Had it one day, replacement department is garbage. They keep telling me to read documentation, yeah I did still nothing. They stopped responding , been 7 days no resolution. Sad that I’ve read similar experience with any customer service on forums. Called my bank started a chargeback. Have all emails and even sent video of me trying to get a payload to work. Never buying from this trash company again.
why not flash old rubber ducky. if you have access keyboard you allready own that computer. and if want OS cant stop them work but there is no any risk. you own it allready if you access to it and just guess bash bunny new version coming haha

To jog the memory I told you that the early days of hak5 reminded me of a certain set of characters from the movie hackers. This is such a massive leap forward for the rubber ducky I'll definitely need to grab this as it's been on my mind ( having USB C and pro studio) so I'm happy to see these upgrades. Thanks for everything you do! Sad I haven't been able to attend DefCon the last few years but hopefully we'll bump into each other again!

common guys... if you do not know by now how to stop Rubber Ducky to work then you should not touch a computer.... enable in windows Enable ASR rules and enable Behaviour detection in Windows pro or enterprise... done... it will never work as it know the duck behaviour and how it inject and operate...... Ducky worked like 10 years ago
something i want from rubber ducky is wifi or bluetooth which could be something you could software disable or enable, basically I want it because it would be nice if there could be some way to copy and paste from one machine to another, like the application I want to make some day is you have a password manager on your phone, you connect to your rubber ducky, and then you click on the password field you want to fill out and from your phone you just select the password you want typed there, assuming you are able to implement a good encryption protocol it should be safe enough for everyday use, and it would allow me to actually use arbitrarily long or complicated passwords on machines that aren't mine, like at work.
Please produce a version of a flipper or your own style of flipper like device please it’s impossible to get one in the us anymore and there is definitely a huge market for a device like that

I had the same issue with the MarkVIi Pineapple; it broke after 6 months. I even used it very rarely. Absolutely rip off. Stay away from them

You have to put scripts on it but you can find a bunch of them online or ask chatgpt to write some for you
