I have the TK299, one problem though. I have cut the steerer tube on my Winspace T1550 gen2 so as to be covering the top screw on the handlebar, I have 3mm from the top of the steerer tube to the seat in the handlebar, plenty of room to compress and seat the bearings i thought. But the TK299 builds some 5-6mm from the bottom of the cap to the bottom of the flange of the expander when fully screwed in. So my question is, do you have a top cap with a shorter "bolt" part so the top cap can come closer to the expander? Thanks.
