That first round is why I love watching Daigo play. The way he can just switch gameplans in a second and go from defensive to aggressive is something else.
The developers need to fix what happened at 6:03. Why are they always screwing the characters who have already been screwed the most? Chun-Li is already extremely difficult to use properly and win with as is. She doesn't need any glitches that work AGAINST her. If the first hit of hoyokusen hits, then the rest should always be guaranteed.
That is not a glitch, its just that Chun Li's follow up kicks has shorter range than the first which is why it didn't combo if opponents are standing just outside the range of the follow up kicks. But yea, they should definitely change it, if the first kicks connect, there is no reason the follow up kicks shouldn't. Either make the follow up kicks the same range as the first, or make the first kick same range as the follow up kicks. It needs to be consistent.

Good match, very good counters from Santorou, Daigo had Em' on the ropes too much though. Good parries from Santorou but he forgot them in some crucial moments and was pushing an offensive counter.
