- Shopping at Goodwill and thrift stores is an excellent place to find vintage holiday decorations for your home. I also love to shop for antique pieces at estate sales, garage sales and online auctions. I tend to decorate in a romantic Victorian and sometimes cottage-like style.

Very beautiful !!! Romantic and enchanting! I like red. I used to go to the antique stores before Christmas and they put out all their red things. I would have a blast !!! I have farmhouse things: red graniteware plates & pots & pans and red ruby glassware and red bakelite silverware. I even have a 20" 1950 red foil tree. Your home is lovely !!!

Spectacular decorations! Blue velvet hopefully will make a comeback after the way you looked in that dress.
