This isn't a 2008, both the P71(police), P70(taxi), & regular crown victorias in 2008 had different rims. This is a 1999-2001 Ford Crown Victoria. If it's a P71 then it must be a 1999-2000 since 2001 models had the legendary "honeycomb" grille.
