A heavily calcified LMCA bifurcation stenosis by Tejas Patel and Sanjay Shah

Why was pot not done in LM? Would LM pot help in better opening the lcx ostium..
You pulled the LM to LAD stent back into LM and went upto high pressure, do you think that serves the purpose of POT and do u routinely do that?
