111 and 444 are the numbers I’ve been seeing the most lately. I need to do something differently. Asking for help is something I’ve had trouble with all my life. I saw 444 on Monday and 111 last night just before I went to bed. When I see these numbers I smile and say thank you. I communicate via journaling, it’s like there are two people talking, one nice, one not so. I can’t move forward in my life, I ask my team in spirit in my mind but nothing comes through 🤷🏼♀️

Hi. I understand that often people find it difficult…sometimes there’s an issues around belief, trust or chakra centres being out of alignment. Take you time, even if you start off by simply asking for them to guide and show you the way/signs etc…then meditate and lean into asking specific questions. And you can build up slowly like that 💙✨
