The scissors I use are in the kitchen section at Dollar Tree their Betty crocker. I've been using them for over a year and they're still sharp great buy for a buck! Thanks for watching have a great day 😃
Typically Fall and Halloween should be hitting stores any day now. This year may be different because of the shipping delays. My two local stores just got shipments yesterday so I am hoping that my next visit they will have started to put out the Fall and Halloween. I would check regularly with your stores it should be soon.

Yes Dollar Tree does carry black deco mesh but only in their Halloween craft supplies. Typically, It should be hitting stores pretty soon.
