I see that the structure for make the question with still like an affirmation even though it’s a question, noun+blabla+verb instead of verd+modal+noun… Thats one of things that are confusing. When can I relax the structure to build questions.

You are correct.
I'm an English teacher by the way.
In "English" English we would use in the present perfect as you say.
However in American English they often omit the present perfect tense.
The same way they omit prepositions.
English. See you on Friday.
American. See you Friday.

The present perfect with just is to express a recently finished action with a consequence now.
I have just cut my finger. (Now it's bleeding)
I have just had a coffee.(so I don't want another one)

'being in love' is believing that you need someone to stay happy,
when 'you love', you don't only want them in your life, but you need them to live happily and you want to give them a part of you.
