Very useful. You should have shown more the setup such as the presets, the position of the mic, DAW... anyways the differences are very much clear keep it up
Hey!! My Spanish is pretty bad. So, I hope Google Translator gave me the right words. :-) It was a very nice comment and thank you for that. I would love to share some experiences, for sure. Marshall Code is not really my day-to-day amp. Hence, I hasn't explore all the possibilities. However, the USB feature is super cool taking in consideration how easy it gets to record ideas and riffs. The aim of the video was using the same presets in different situations (mic vs USB vs combined). Personally, I do like better mic records, high volume, pushing air. Moreover, I am a blues rock man... Metal is not my area. But, I enjoy listening to Metal. Let's keep in touch. I have just subscribed to your channel. Thanks a lot.
@@GuitarandCoffeeShow Thanks for subscribing colleague, my English is also bad haha, I will resort to using the google translator. The idea of commenting on this is so that other colleagues who speak Spanish can see the comment and maybe help them, since most of the tutorial videos are in English and it is quite difficult to understand how to use it. for now the marshall code is the only amp I have and I am trying to get its best sounds (whether for reggae rock or metal) I try to enjoy it to the fullest. Hey Michael 🤜🏼🤛🏼 That is interesting. I would test it, but my CODE is the 25... so, it doesn’t have FX Loop... 😓 Have you tried? How was it? Keep in touch, Cheers Marcos
Thank you for your informative video! I didn't notice any delay when you were using the usb interface to record. Is this true or did you edit the video to match what was recorded? Also, have you tried any recording using the headphone out jack? Thank you!
biggest issue i see with mic on a code like that is it doesnt have a 12inch speaker that hurts guitar tones in my opinion the waveform just isnt correct therefore if its a smaller one use usb if its a 12inch speaker use a mic
Hi Agustin 🤜🏼🤛🏼 Go to preferences and switch from ASIO to WaveOut... I think it would work with the USB connection. I use Logic Pro X and the CODE works as a second interface. Let me know if it works. Keep in touch, Cheers Marcos
Hello Gojirra USA, Direct signal, I've never tried and I think it is not possible. However, I made some nice experiences like using only the amp section and getting the cab simulation on Logic Pro. You may want to try a very clean amp, as much transparent possible to send the signal to your DAW, then try to compensate and manipulate the tone using a better amp modeler later. I hope gives you some light :-) Keep in touch, Cheers Marcos
Ozan, thank you for the comment. Actually, I don’t take amp modelers to the stage, but they have many uses. Last Sunday I posted a video telling 5 good reasons to keep a cheap amp modeled at home... I hope you can watch... ☺️ I am just stating this channel, so if you can give your support, please consider subscribing... And please, keep commenting... I am very much open to suggestions. Once again, thanks a lot.
@@GuitarandCoffeeShow oh I thank you too. Subscribed. 👍 Yeah I like modeller amps too. I was wondering how good the usb recording capabilities of this amp. Actually I found it really succesful in consideration of printing the exact same sound that comes out of speakers. However I don't think it's successful for the tone. It easily becomes muddy. It's a nice amp to learn amplifiers, special effects and to gain recording experience for a beginner.

Straight to Logic Pro. The CODE will act like an audio interface.
