I've been using your printer potty products for years, they are the best by far. I've also reset my printers many times. You added a metal nut inside the potty which is a great build for sturdiness. Thanks guys from a very happy customer in Chicago!

Probably you provide the best service but I'm in Bolivia and it's going to be a hell lot of expensive to give some support to Bolivia. Besides I'd have to pay WicReset everytime I use that software. Isn't there any cheaper solution for poor Bolivian guys?? :(
I doubt it’d be cheaper but 2manuals.com do accept other currencies and may list a more local key reseller so possibly worth a look. Worth remembering that a key is considerably cheaper than anything Epson will offer or a new printer for that matter. Trust that’s of some help.
