Its good that India is also taking measures to stop this from happening here. But we must understand that NEVER ever release ANY of your AQUARIUM fishes in water bodies other than aquarium. Panda shrimp Ghost shrimp Blue tiger shrimp Red cherry shrimp Blue bolt shrimp ETC.

You are a big fool. Search about pleco fish. They are scavenger fishes. It means when any fish dies, they eat its dead body and clean the ecosystem where they live the same as vultures, hyenas, and other scavenger animals. You literally killed your pleco fish because not giving them food. Plecos are algae eater fish. They clean the tank's algae. also, Goldfishes are the worst to keep because they eat and poop a lot and make aquariums dirty.

Its not good 😔, its true that plecos grow really big and severally starts attacking other fishes, but usually its Also a fault by the keepers, who buys without thinking about there size and don't have appropriate tanks, and worst thing is to leave them in several water bodies, which act should not be done by a real hobbyist, but many people keeps Aquarium just for there looks and by attraction, such people firstly keeps them and later leaves anywhere like this, that's why this situation arrived and government have to take such action. This Pleco was killing my fish. I kept pleco in my aquarium so that he keeps clean my tank but once tank is clean he starts sucking my fishes. So other day I went to an aquarium shop and told them to take my pleco for free.
