- REV IT UP!! Today in master duel we are recreating one of the most iconic duels the entire Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise. Yusei VS Kalin ! We will be doing this by recreating their structure decks within Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel! Who will come out on top in this legendary duel

Doto literally getting the anime accurate stand off only to not read Majestic Star Dragon's effect, and then also not reading Earthbound Immortal's effect. We expect nothing less.
I feel like in the anime, I get them not knowing their opponents cards but I feel like they at least know the effects of their own cards XD

The fact that in duel one Doto could have had an anime ending with Majestic Star Dragon vs an Earthbound Immortal, completely messed up by refusing to read either card, lost his Ace monster, and somehow clutched a win on his last possible turn... this is the shit that I live for. Also, I would love to hopefully see an Akiza vs Yusei duel.
Doto is literally always cooking himself in these character duels.

5D's is unironically really damn good. I've only watched the subbed recently and the first 2 seasons are honestly some of the best written stuff in the entire series. Would highly recommend
I liked it a lot as well. The backstory of the protagonist is more in depth than others. The duels felt like they mattered more.
@@Yeroccoll of that was already contained in GX too though. With intensity and past/classic YuGiOh cards and ambience's rugged toughness too.
5Ds is great, GX did it already and is greater anyway.
5Ds was the perfect "new Yugioh" and "new, and modern, characters" possible series though, and it rightfully belongs to the first 3 peak Yu-Gi-Oh series/sagas
I mean, the stakes don't get any higher and more real than when Jaden's friend shot in the Dark World duels and tried to take back their friend from the darkness of the Supreme King.

Seerax really forgot that he trolled Doto with Snatch steal the exact same way with Yusei's deck. He Even laughed about it being banned in the actual game.

I would like to see Gem Knight vs Infernity. Both archetypes have struggled in the paper game, they were only ever good in the Anime. If you guys took some of the other "bad" archetypes and put your own spin on them I think that would be cool
Finally some 5Ds I loved this one so much the synchro monsters were so cool to me and the anime was awesome
Synchro summoning and 5Ds era's cards (retaining old cards as well) was THE Yugioh stuff back in the day, you love to see it

Damn right I'm I'm not trying to put no disrespect on Seereax I was screaming at my screen the entire time that he was playing incorrectly but you don't have to play the cards to have it's effect of these you have a launcher if it's a spell or trap set it if it's a monster send it with launcher
Definitely let Seereax make his own Infernity Deck cause I really doubt Kalin ran Ally Mind. So I understood his frustration.

Fun fact about that duel, Yusei misplayed heavily and could have won early on.

When I drew a prismatic cosmic blazar at the anniversary I made myself a syncron/stardust deck and it is SO FUN! Recently crafted shooting majestic Star as well, and got a combo that will get that card out consistantly every time if I can summon junk speeder!
I hope we get to see you do the kaiba vs joey when they both got knocked out of Battle City
We need that rematch I not only main that earthbound but it would be sick to see a custom deck for it

Doto gives off the same level of chaotic energy I do when I play Master Duel. I can come out swinging witb the biggest board advantage, omni negates, and the works, and i lose. But when I fuck around and do "Random shit, GO!" i somehow win more often than not.
Bro same. I legit got more wins playing Gladiator Beast for fun than I ever did with the meta decks. This game is weird
@danielbarnes1241 I sometimes run pure Fortune Ladies, they have no archetypal negate, and little to no protection aside from self-banish and return grom GY/Banish zone. When I somehow just out decks like Tears I'm always so confused.

My favorite duel is probably any of the supreme king duels and the duel when kaiba was gonna jump off the building if he lost. Lol so extreme for a card game
Spot damn on. You would love to see those duels. Supreme King Jaden's contribution aside, Jaden's friends were probably those that made those duels and created that peak dramatic moments and intensity.
Especially Jim (PTSD-worthy turn of events with the Hero Gaia summon) and Axel, they were as real as it gets for how they went in.

This is probably the most times Majestic Star Dragon has actually appeared in actual Duels.
So iconic, beautiful, and niche-y play but pretty full of holes, especially compared to the further evolutions.
It's a shame because he is strong and he is the founding figure for the two synchro dragons evolutions together with the red majestic counterpart.
I was hyped when Doto managed to have the revealing light swords protection and reach the requirements for the summoning.
