7:27 Another way of having a "good" breakup is when you've learned and gained as an individual from that person and decide to explore other personalities to widen your horizons and understanding of people so that you can find the right lifetime partner in the end. In that sense, I feel that breakups are a natural part of going through this journey and not *bad* in any way. First of all, as I mentioned earlier, this is a made up term anyways and in reality, you can have relationship "pause" as well. Vocab influences how we tend to visualize these things as well to a large part so it is important to use the right kind of words to express the fluidity of real life interactions and connections. A rigid supposedly irreversible term doesn't do justice to encapsulate all of it to that end.
I think the video says having a conversation with couples is effective, but mostly.. they would not tell any reason why they want to break up and say very vague expression.
4:43 More importantly, if it is about the cost at the end of the day, why not specify a minimum order amount *regardless* of the kind / number of items being ordered. This doesn't even qualify as an issue. Not something wherein a solution is hard to come up with or anything. If there are ANY special conditions, I'd like to be made aware of them prior to my interaction with that place
Should have the guts to break up in person. who knows might force the two parties to have a serious conversations to what led to the break down. Also prepares you for any future hard conversations you might need to have. If you cant break up with some one face to face how can you expect to rise to senior manager positions where you will have to have hard conversations with employees like when you have to let them go. Having to tell some one that a family member is going to die due to sickness, or the " we need you to come to identify the body." really going to do that by text??

I think these ways of breaking up is unfeeling & smells of robotic indifference.
