"Muay Thai" Saturday Thai Culture Class on 18th & 25th May 2024

For the Saturday Thai Culture Class on 18th May and 25th May 2024, we devided students in to 2 groups and went to Stingclub Muay Thai Gym to learn and practice "Muay Thai".
มวยไทย /muai tai/ or Muay Thai, often referred to as the "Art of Eight Limbs," is a dynamic and powerful martial art that originated in Thailand. It is known for its rigorous training regimen and emphasis on using fists, elbows, knees, and shins to strike opponents.
During this Saturday's Thai Culture Class, a transformative experience awaited our students as they tried Muay Thai. Our students embarked on a journey into the heart of this martial art, discovering the artful choreography of basic movements.
