Every function of the app is not working. I just used it for only a year and now its not working after the latest update. Such a dissapointing app from mazda.
23 CX5 Signature and the only thing that is useful is Remote Start but Remote Start doesnt work in Parking garages. In the cold winter months, you cant even warm up the seats, defrost the windows, and mirrors remotely. You want me to pay for this? A third party remote lasts for life and works in parking garages. Reconsider your approach.
Congrats. Trying to squeeze another buck out of people who already bought your car has ensured that nobody in my family will EVER purchase another Mazda. Nickel and diming someone who bought a brand new 30k car is diabolical.
Randomly doesn't work on the days I really need it to. Doesn't even allow to turn on heated seats or change the climate control settings. MAYBE if it was free, I wouldn't complain. But this is ridiculous. Keeps saying "the server is busy" - absolutely unacceptable.

What’s absolute joke of a car company literally paid 47,000 for a car with remote start built in and now it’s on a subscription service. 👎👎
It's shameful that this service is not free after two years.
I have a 22 Signature Turbo and will be selling it if used cars keep appreciating because the Mazda Connect App is horrible

Pretty neat, but i need a touch screen and not that dial. Im going with Honda.
