Great work brother...TPA is based on English law, due to it it is hard to understand..But the way you have taught is excellent.
A transferred his property to B for his life , then to his daughter D for life and B's such daughter BD who will take the property on attaining 16 yrs. In case B is not blessed with daughter , the property would go absolutely to B's unborn son BS . B was blessed with only a son. BS claims over the property. Will he succeed,? Discuss citing legal provision. .. Please Solve kar Do koi🙏
@@abhijitpatar414 I think he will succeed coz the property has been transferred to an unborn person BS absolutly, through life interest of B...It applies Section 13.
Najeeb Bhai this section 13 and 14 is still difficult to understand can you please create one more video for both the sections combined

Contract ye kia k A k mrne pe B ko fr C ko n so on till ultimate beneficiary my doubt is ke A B ya C me se koi sell kr skta h property? Pls rply
What is difference b/w Indian and english law on rule against perpetuity???plz elaborate
Good explanation sir
Very well explained. I just had one doubt - if a life interest is created in favour of B and within his lifetime, Ultimate Beneficiary attends the age of majority, will the life interest terminate as soon as UB attains majority or will it take effect only after death of B? I am of the view that since, B acts as a trustee, it should be latter, but nevertheless, I would really appreciate if you would clarify the doubt.
same doubt... please answer this ques sir

Which book you are using while explaining? Was it avtar singh?
In tpa sec 14 rule against perpetuity jaisa ki hum padhte h ki ultimate beneficiary ka interest postponed kia ja sakta h upto its age of majority
So for instance
If the prior life interest dies at the age of 15years of the ultimate beneficiary so for the period for which the interest is contingent for 3years would it revert back to the transferor?
Awesome
Which book your are preferring for tpa
Well said Bhaiyya
