It's so simple The loan is taken by husband not by the wife the person who taken the loan is responsible for the payment of it.Wife name is not mentioned in the mortgage deed it was husband who signed the deed so he responsible for payment.But if the wife become the Gurantor then she will be liable for payment unless she is not liable for debt payment of his husband

S 58 (c) mortgage by conditional sale ... mortgagor is giving away his right to redeem in a way. And S60 of TPA says any condition in mortgage deed where mortgagor right to redeem is affected will be void according to doctrine "clog in redemption"...so I see a bit conflict between both the provision.. please clarify..!!

Mohammad Akram in this matter Contempts of Courts Act 1971 is followed. As per the trial, the court initiate the proceedings, and given opportunity of hearing to the guilty and may punish him thereafter if court is not satisfied by him in his defence. I have not a deep knowledge of this act, plzz consult someone who has a deep knowledge regarding this issue.
