Sir if the mortgager has died before redemption of mortgage property. What the procedure "ll be there?
sir, if you say right of redemption can by defeated by 'act of the parties' as per the proviso; so then how can you say right of redemption cannot be defeated even if the mortgagor makes an agreement to the contrary- wont that constitute an 'act of the party'?
