- IT"S FINALLY COMPLETE!
This as been a WIP for two months, as I slowly chipped away at both the editing and art. I have drawn 72 frames of warrior cats goodness and I am so proud of myself. I can definitely see my improvement in both editing and art.
The story I left vague on purpose but it's a brief recap of Firestar's life and his retelling of it to his mate SandStorm. The change between fleshed out and sketched is the difference between him relieving the memory fully or actually being in it or him telling someone about it. Thought it was a cool way to have fun with different styles!

Man, do I adore this. For the main couple of the whole series, Firestar and Sandstorm are remarkably underrated. Probably in part due to the lousy writing in regards to the whole Spottedleaf thing, but they really are the iconic original Warriors pairing, maybe only behind Graystripe and Silverstream. I love them so much and it’s so nice to see content of them!!!!
They are! I love them as a couple so I had fun exploring their connection in this PMV! ^^
SCREAMING AND CRYING THIS IS AMAZING!?? i love when people look into firesands relationship bcz im a firm believer in firestar who confides in sandstorm and despite everything theyve gone through theyre just 2 cats that love eachother sobbing in my hands
It's very under appreciated, their bond. They didn't start off loving each other and all their flaws. They grew together and began to find solace in each other and then continued living life domestically while being warriors. It gets me in the feels so I decided to make it everyone else's problem hehe no apologies for sobbing, I also sobbed while making this last year
I love the crane wives and it’s so nice to see a warriors animation with their song!! It fits so well i love it

Haven't read warriors in years, but this was so beautiful and took me right back to being 12. The fandom was always more important than the books themselves tbh, so many amazing people

I love when people make Firestar a solid orange instead of adding stripes or other patches. Like at the very start of this

I love your sandstorm design more than any other ive encountered
Thank you! I've always seen her as a powerful warrior. In my eyes that translates to thicker fur, larger paws and battle scars. Where Firestar came from Kittypet origins so he's sleeker and smaller but still just as capable!
@@SPOOKSnOOOKS I always see people draw her as a small and unremarkable tan cat that follows firestar around like a puppy and its like ??? no??? ? Don't do this to my girl?? So needless to say I'm a *big* fan of your design choices.
@@scepticalhyenas5750 I wanted to show her spunk and character without necessarily showing her being outwardly aggressive or sassy so I did my best to translate her into her design.

Wooo underrated artist time! This PMV is really good, I love the composition (like, the elements going over the frames - like the clouds, the blood or the characters themselves), the alternance with the frames and the whole pictures, but also your lineart and the colors! For example the spottedleaf drawing (2:12) is so pretty especially thanks to the colors, her pose and all the leaves around! Actually there is a lot of wonderful shots, just like at 1:00, 0:46 or 1:31 too,... so I can't mention all of them!! But you sure did such a great job! I love all the details in the video just as the way the lyrics are written! I can see this deserve more attention

Thanks! It's a fun way to draw them without necessarily associating them with the stars. I felt that it would make more sense for the DF and SC cats to looks similar in nature, giving a false sense of security to those who believed the DF' lies.
