The review this individual provided about the Triton gave me a sense of having experienced owning that truck for a decade.
We have a GLS Triton for a month and I must say we are satisfied for our choice good tech and fuel economy, impressive power (responsive, malakas humatak, it handles pretty good), reliable, comfort is not that comfy and not that harsh, also we still have the 2012 Strada, Mitsubishi truck never disappoint.
From where are you comparing the comfort to say its not that comfy? navara or ranger?
@@XEON1274 2020 Navara VL is softer and in terms of harshness, Triton is better than the 2022 Hilux Conquest, though suspension are not big of a margin compared to the two. For me suspension set up of the Triton is in the middle of these two trucks.
The 360 camera in this isn't just a gimmick, it's one of the clearest in the market! No sweat parking one of these even in a tight spot, felt easier to do so than the previous gen!
As for the aircon, didn't felt the lack of rear AC tbh. That Marelli(Calsonic) system is a no brainer on how great it cools a vehicle cabin, as how Nissans usually are as well.
The only real lacking features here are leather seats and a power adjustable driver seat. The rest is simply just neat already for the GLS 2WD variant.
City fuel economy seems much better than the old 4N15. My 2016 Montero Sport with the same traffic at average speed of 16km/h averages only 7.9-8.5km/l. The new 4N16 is quite an impressive jump to 10.5km/l in those same conditions.
Vince almost sounded like Doug Demuro for a sec in the intro
😂
Great video, in which country is this video
Make a review for the athlete to please but I want Vince to review it😊
I hope they'll add a 4x4 gls mt variant
Doug is the kind of guy who...... Wait wrong channel
Older strada is a work horse, lightest in the segment. Cheapest and reliability that dan reach 400k km.
Sana improved n audio sound nito
7:02 alin un beast mode dyan???
Sir Vince. Baka possible na makagawa ng comparo between ranger xlt & triton glx since mid variant and madami din ito tinitignan na model. 🙏🏼
Timing is the problem, but we will try 🙂
Would have been better with digital dials. The rest of the cabin looks fine.
Sir Vince, how's the triton compared with your navarra when it comes to handling and ride comfort. Hope to hear an unbiased assessment of these two pickup truck.
Navara is definitely softer and more comfortable. but mind you, my Navara is the pre-upgrade model. For 2021 and newer, springs became firmer in the back.
Still, if comfort, I think Navara is better. For load carrying, leaf spring Triton will be better. Pick your compromise 🙂
If you got 2015-2018 navara its the one who is most comfy. Downside is that once you load it up naka hangad na sa langit. Newer models do have dual rated coils na. It adressed the issue but it became noticeable firmer. Pick your poison kumbaga
Thank you very much Sir Vince for the reply.
Lack of airbags really matters
Is this going to be the preview of the new navarra?
Let down on my opinion is,
Design is too busy, to many things going on.
EPS is only on the athlete.
If i'm gonna buy the gls, first i am going to remove that sports bar because i hate how it looks.
I hope mine comes with the bar. In jamaica I notice some gls models doesn't have it while some exact trim I see online does
Please bring the MT 4x4 Superselect Available here in the philippines... Hay naku... wichlist ko talaga yan Mitsu...
just curious why do you want full-time 4wd?
The GLX and GL MT 4x4 variants come with EasySelect 4WD which is a variant of the SuperSelect 4WD II and the only real difference is that EasySelect doesn't have 4LLC. Then again, if you're not the type to go off-roading a lot, you wouldn't really need 4LLC since it's only for the most extreme 4WD scenarios. You'll have more than enough 4WD capability with 4H and 4HLC from the EasySelect unless you're one of those who go in somewhat extreme off-roading.
@@MochizukiYuusei i think you're confused. easyselect doesn't have center diff so all the 4wd modes are LOCKED like in all part-time systems
@rondg2 Is it?? I see, now.. I took a look at a review of the glx 4x4 mt and I see now, It's got 2H, 4H, and 4L so I'm assuming that it is similar to a part time 4x4 system unlike the Super Select system, my bad😅
@@rondg2 its for the use in highways during rains here in the province.
Bakit kaya marami parin hilux at navarra kesa sa triton?
The front is all over the place 😢
Musta cruise control issue? Kailangan huminto 20mins tapos start ulit 😂
@1:20 pilyo ka sir 😂
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Better if they make it led headlights, 360 cam, and cruise control on the glx 4x4 mt of the triton
Only the first two are missing in the GLX 4WD MT of the Triton. All variants except the GL are equipped with cruise control.
For me value for money i go to mazda bt 50 pangolin edition 5 yrs free pms hilux grs over price
What about the annoying thing that keeps track of your face? The others are complaining about that even on the gls. Seems there is no mentipn of that here
Didnt seem to bother us much.
Driver monitoring system? Akala ko pang australia models lang mga yon
"Didn't seem to bother us much"...........well that is thoroughly covered. No need for follow up at the dealership test drive, I guess that is it in a nutshell!😊😅
I think this feature is exclusive to Australian spec models only to score a perfect 5 star 2024 ANCAP rating. ASEAN NCAP doesn't require this feature.
@@unknownd7409 this sounds logical..........so what was "not bothering him so much" 🤔 🤷 . He may be unfamiliar with with the technology and made a knee jerk response to the first commentor
Mahina ang aircon ng triton haha
pangit ng looks tapos dinagdagan mo pa ng mahina aircon 😂😂😂
Who buys a 4x2 pickup, the wannabes? 😂
Lifestyle truck users who probably wouldn't go on moderate to heavy off-roading.
Kesa puro 4x4 variants tas mabubulok lang yung system dahil di ginagamit.
So andami palang wannabes sa provinces? Where it's used for business and rarely used for off-roading. Gamitun ang common sense. It's a utility vehicle.
@@St3PdOwN2UrL3v3L dun nga ako natatawa eh. Daming trying hard. 🤣
@@knav5216machining driver siguro yung kakilala mo na may-ari ng pik-ap. Or yung pik-ap nya ay luma😊
the face that only mother can love😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Dami naman naming nanay ng Triton 🤣
