This was my first time trying a crystal guided meditation I had just gotten a astrophillite and garnet sphere that was the only garnet I had and I have to say I though I definitely connected can you get an actual account of it's a mixed stone ? Or should I really have not done this in this way
I'm a shy person and most of my life I had problems with interacting with people, it's my life's biggest problem, I had depression for years. I thought that maybe there's no way to change and it will stay like that. I've been working with crystals for some time now, but except for meditation they didn't really have a big impact on me. A week ago I made myself a little pendant with garnet, just beacuse I liked how it looked, I didn't expect anything. The first day I started wearing it - I had a really cool conversation with a guy from my new class and it was generally a great day. I wear it everyday now and even tho I got a lot of things to do, I feel so energized, I smile more, I don't procrastinate that much and I'm so much more confident. Every day is 7/10, while it used to be 3/10. I'm super grateful for that. And it's really a stone of 7-8mm lenght haha. I think that the key is to work with stones that you're really drawn to and the miracles will happen :) . Idk I just wanted to share, maybe it will give hope someone like me. Thank you for this definitely a great crystal to work with, I show a lot of gratitude to your work an passion, I am a healer as well and I was curious to see how you got certified in gemology and reiki or the best steps to take for someone just in the start of launching there services, crystal healing has changed my life being an empath an using sensitivity as a gift to help others, I’ve been trying to take this to the next level just been kinda stagnant on what step to take next, my intuition is the voice I follow you know but thank you 🙏🏽 🌀🧬✨
